La scelta fondamentale è stata di tenere esemplari in numero limitato; riteniamo infatti essenziale che i cani vivano liberi, a stretto contatto con noi e che abbiano la possibilità di entrare e uscire liberamente da casa. Il nostro rapporto con loro e il piacere di vederle correre e giocare è infatti per noi la cosa più bella e più importante. La nostra maggior preoccupazione è quella di ottenere cani non solo belli ed eleganti ma soprattutto solidi, con buoni arti e buoni movimenti; pensiamo infatti che un levriero è un po’ come un cavallo arabo, è fatto per correre e in movimento deve dare l’idea di potenza e leggerezza. Un altro dei nostri criteri di scelta riguarda l'espressione dello sguardo e quindi diamo molta attenzione alla testa che è una caratteristica così importante e uno dei tratti più accattivanti di questa razza. Tutti i cani sotto descritti hanno dentatura completa e chiusura a forbice.
The kennel’s basic choice is to keep high breed only, and in limited number, as we reckon it essential for our Borzois to be free to come and go in and out of the house, in close contact with both nature and the family. The pleasure of watching them run and play, the satisfaction of our good relations with them are actually beautiful, important parts in their breeding. We fundamentally aim at getting beautiful elegant dogs, but above all strong sound animals, good in movement and well articulated. We often compare our Borzois to the Arabian horses we used to have: both are built to run in beauty, their movements offering a vision of strength and lightness. A further element of concern is focused on their expression and eyes, an attentive care for the head, which are relevant fascinating traits of the breed. All dogs under described have full dentition and scissors bite.
